How Monthly Wholesale Booking Works

Four simple steps from the booking window opening to delivery of your wholesale order.

Booking opens on the 1st

The booking window opens on the 1st of every month. This is when we begin accepting wholesale orders for that month's batch.

Send Your Requirement

WhatsApp us or fill in the form below with your product list and quantities. Tell us your location so we can confirm delivery.

 Confirmation by the 7th

We review and confirm your booking before the window closes on the 7th. You will receive confirmation of products, quantities and pricing.

Delivery is Arranged after confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed, we arrange delivery. Delivery charges apply depending on your location and order size.

Outside this window, wholesale bookings are closed. Contact us to register your interest for next month.

Once the booking window closes on the 7th, we do not accept new wholesale orders until the 1st of the following month. If you message us during the closed period, we will add you to the list for the next window and confirm details as soon as it opens.

When exactly does the booking window open and close?
The wholesale booking window opens on the 1st of every month and closes on the 7th. Bookings are not accepted from the 8th to the end of the month. We follow this schedule every month without exception.
What happens if I contact you after the 7th?
If you contact us outside the booking window, we will note your interest and add you to the list for the next month. As soon as the booking window opens on the 1st, we will reach out to confirm your requirements.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Minimum quantities apply per product and vary. Please WhatsApp us at 8928256996 during the booking window (1st to 7th) for current minimum quantities. These are listed in the product table above and updated each month.
How do I confirm my wholesale booking?
WhatsApp us at 8928256996 or fill in the enquiry form on this page during the booking window (1st to 7th). Tell us your product requirements, quantities and delivery location. We will confirm your booking with pricing and delivery details before the 7th.
Do wholesale prices apply to all products?
The wholesale price list covers the products shown in the table above. Availability and pricing are confirmed during the booking window each month. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss any product not listed.
What are the delivery arrangements for wholesale orders?
Delivery is arranged for wholesale orders. Charges depend on your location and order volume. Free delivery is available between Borivali and Vile Parle. For other areas, charges of Rs 200, Rs 300 or Rs 400 apply. For Pune city bulk orders, delivery is Rs 500 for 100 litres. Confirm your location when you place your booking.
